Returns must be received by NYCT within 30 days of your original shipment date. Item must be in the same condition - unworn, unopened, unwashed with all the original packaging attached.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund if we believe the returned items are damaged, have been worn or misused.
Please note that we do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Also, for all returned items, we charge a 10% fee for handling/processing which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.
If you returned an item after 30 days, you will only get store credit.
All exchanges are processed as a return, we will refund your original form of payment for
the value of the returned merchandise & you will have to purchase the new item separately.
If package returned due to Incorrect Address / Insufficient Address /Refused :
Packages returned to us due to incorrect/undeliverable/insufficient address or if you refused the package, you will be refunded excluding the shipping cost originally paid and a 10% restocking/handling fee.
How To Return Your Item:
1. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org & let us know what's up. Be sure to let
us know your Order #. We'll try to get back to you within 24 hours.
2. Once your return is approved, we will email you our return address. As of now, customer is
responsible for the return shipping cost. Please note: We recommend using a carrier
that provides tracking information or shipping insurance as we are not responsible for
any lost packages. Please ensure the package is properly packed to prevent lost or
delay in shipping.
3. Once your return is received & inspected, we will notify you via email & issue you a refund
(excluding the shipping cost originally paid for the item and a 10% processing/handling fee).
Please note: Exchanges are processed as a return & we will refund your original form of payment & you will have to purchase the new item separately.
Please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed. We will notify you via email when your refund has been processed & credited back to the original method of payment.
All sale/clearance items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
All accessories (such as jewelry, hats/beanie) & intimates (bralettes) are final sale & cannot be
refunded or exchanged.
E-gift cards are final sale & cannot be refunded or exchanged.
