What items are returnable?
- Within 28 days of receipt of your shipment
- Must be in original condition
- Must be unwashed and unworn
- Must be in the original packaging & with all original tags attached
What items are non-refundable?
- Sale / Clearance items
- Accessories (jewelry, bags, caps/hats, sunglasses/glasses)
Intimates (bra/bralettes), Bodysuit
- Original shipping charges is non-refundable
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied on orders that are
returned to us due to:
- undeliverable address
- refused package
We currently do not offer exchanges. You can return your item to us for a refund & place a new order.

How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
Please wait for your return to be approved before shipping your items
- *** Use only USPS to ship your return package. Do not use UPS, Fedex, or any other carrier aside from USPS as these other carriers do not deliver to P.O. BOX.
- You are responsible for return shipping charges.
- We are not responsible for any lost packages without proof of tracking or lost packages sent through other carriers.
- Please ensure the package is properly packed to prevent lost & delay in shipping.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund (excluding original shipping charges) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within 7-15 business days.
- Original Shipping Cost is non refundable & excluded.
