TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive via email a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
Please check you email for your tracking number or go to 'TRACK YOU ORDER'.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
NYCT Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES:
Packages returned to us due to incorrect/insufficient/undeliverable address or if you refused a package, you will be refunded excluding the shipping cost originally paid & a 10% processing/handling fee.
What items are returnable?
- Returns must be received by NYCT Clothing within 28 days of your original shipment date. Item must be in the same condition - unworn, unwashed or undamaged with all the original packaging attached.
What items are non-returnable?
- Sale/Clearance Items, Intimates (bra, bralettes, bodysuit), Accessories (jewelries, bags, caps/hats, sunglasses/glasses)
- Original shipping charge is non-refundable & excluded.
- All exchanges are processed as a return, we will refund your original form of payment for the value of the returned merchandise & you will have to purchase the new item separately.
How do I return?
- Enter your Order # and email address and click Find Your Order.
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you would like to return.
- Choose how you would like to ship your return:
A. Ship with your own shipping label (Note: You are responsible for return shipping charges)
You will get the shipping instructions after the request is approved.
Note: We recommend using only USPS to ship your return package. Do not use UPS, Fedex, or any other carrier aside from USPS as these other carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
We are not responsible for any lost packages without proof of tracking.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund (excluding original shipping charges) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within 7-15 business days.
- Original shipping cost is non-refundable & excluded.
